The foundation of Craig’s success started in 1984 with the discipline instilled in the Navy where he achieved an Officers Commission of Sub-Lieutenant. After the Navy Craig got involved in a new industry of the time known as “office automation”, purchased his first property at age 22, renovated it and sold for twice what he paid for it 2 years later. By age 23 he was in partnership as a Director in an office automation business.
Craig had identified the need for education around finance and property after helping many friends and peers with his wisdom that he gained in South Africa. Getting straight into property on arrival in Australia 14 years ago, Craig and his wife Colleen started Homegroup Realty, commenced once again with property development, built up a property portfolio and they haven’t looked back since After a merger with another property company in 2012, WealthBuild Australia was born with 5 staff running 1 educational forum per week.

Kevin has had 22 years experience in the finance industry both in Australia and internationally. Specialising in residential investment lending, Kevin started his career working directly for a number of major developers, assisting their clients in sourcing the best loan structures and interest rates to meet their specific needs.
Kevin opened his own mortgage brokerage in 1998, specialising once again in residential investment lending, and successfully ran this for the next 12 years. With the introduction of the Government Assisted NRAS program, Kevin took the opportunity to set up a new company that offered government backed investment options, in conjunction with innovative and effective financing strategies, to enable everyday investors to set themselves up financially as quickly and safely as possible. With the NRAS program now having run its course, Kevin has joined our team as our finance manager, to assist our clients with the most up to date financial products and strategies available.
Rose has an extensive background of managing a range of businesses, including Directorship of a Real Estate Agency in Melbourne where she obtained her Certificate in Real Estate Sales. Rose is well-known and highly regarded within the industry, having worked and managed in various positions within this business. From running a successful contact centre, direct appointments with clients in their home and assisting clients to choose the right investment, Rose is in the best position to fully understand our client’s journey from start to finish.
Rose places very high expectations on herself and is proud of the exceptional level of customer service she provides to our clients. This high level of service starts from the very beginning with clients offered the support, encouragement and information they require to assist them moving through the process of investment with confidence and support.
Karen has over twenty years experience in a variety of management roles based in Queensland and New South Wales, which have resulted in a skill set which is heavily focused on processes, staff management and positive customer service outcomes.
Karen has worked predominantly within customer-based industries and understands the importance of achieving client satisfaction, while ensuring the staff are working efficiently within a supportive and encouraging environment.
With over twelve years experience within the Real Estate industry, having completed both a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking as well as a Real Estate Institute of Qld Sales Certificate, Karen brings the right blend of industry knowledge, direction and genuine care to the clients and staff of WealthBuild Australia.
